About Catawba Riverkeeper

Not only does The River Room sustain itself, it also covers the rent and utilities expenses of the Catawba Riverkeeper office, classroom, and lab, located just behind the taproom doors. Proceeds also cover some of the lab supplies and equipment expenses not covered by grants.

This means that when our members and donors make contributions, they don't have to worry about their money going towards overhead like rent and utilities.
